About Me

Hi, my name is Dean and I am a qualified personal trainer.
I started my fitness journey 3 years ago and I had no idea where it would take me. After researching fitness influencers, I selected variations of exercises that would allow maximum impact, and results implemented into different training programmes. This has evolved into my own self-built work-outs,  inspired by motivation and drive, and with the desire to enhance my training and the goals I wanted to achieve. As I got more comfortable within the gym, I started to encourage others who didn’t have the same level of experience and were looking to improve on their current fitness plans. This is where I first found my love for coaching people in lifting techniques and assisting them in reaching their goals. Where others had limited experience I was able to demonstrate my ideas by using their feedback, this allowed them to notice gradual improvements.  Since starting my college course in personal training it was obvious that I was in the right place and I quickly excelled to the top of the class. During my time at college, I also attended work experience which I had done on my behalf at failese fitness centre in Hastings. I worked closely with their trainers and shadowed them learning different techniques and new ways to train.

Experiences

Although new to personal training, I have 3 years of first hand gym experience aswell as the knowledge and qualifications I have gained from my own journey and education to where I am now.
